Generate Word Orders as a Team
Multiple Users & Devices

Generate professional work orders on the go. Assign a task or a job for a customer by means of a work order whenever you want. Create work orders as follow-ups to Inspections or Audits, both for products or services.

A work order may include one or more of the following items:
<ul>
 <li>Instructions</li>
 <li>Cost estimates</li>
 <li>Date and time to execute the work order</li>
 <li>Information about the location and entities to execute the work order</li>
 <li>Person assigned to</li>
</ul>

In a manufacturing environment, a work order is converted from a sales order to show that work is about to begin on the manufacture, building, or engineering of the products requested by the customer.

In a service environment, a work order can be equivalent to a service order where the WO records the location, date and time the service is carried out, and the nature of work that is done.

A rate (e.g. $/hr, $/week) and also the total number of hours worked and total value are also shown on the work order.

Work Order Maker will be perfect for the following situations:
<ul>
 <li>Maintenance or repair request</li>
 <li>Preventative maintenance</li>
 <li>A job order as an internal document (extensively used by projects-based, manufacturing, building, and fabrication businesses)</li>
 <li>A job order as products and/or services.</li>
 <li>A job order as a signal of the start of a manufacturing process and will most probably be linked to a bill of material.</li>
</ul>

Subscription version offers cloud sync and back up feature so that you can save all the info in our highly secured cloud services and share the same data on multiple iOS devices such as iPhone and iPad. Upgrading to subscription version requires an auto-renewal subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
